LCT to Perform: ‘High School Musical Jr’

Lexington Children’s Theatre brings two exciting shows to the stage in March. First up is the popular Disney favorite, “High School Musical Jr.”

The show follows star athlete Troy and nerdy beauty Gabriella as they navigate their way through the challenges of attending East High.

Showtimes at the LCT Learning Stage are Saturday, March 2 at 2 & 7 p.m.; Sunday, March 3 at 2 & 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, March 9 at 2 & 7 p.m.; and Sunday, March 10 at 2 & 4:30 p.m.

Tickets for the show are $15. The show is recommended for children 7 & up.

Later in March, LCT will perform the nationally acclaimed drama “Apollo to the Moon” on its Main Stage.

The show follows a young boy, Scott Gibson, who dreams of becoming an astronaut for the Apollo space program.

Showtimes are Sunday, March 17 at 2 p.m.; Saturday, March 23 at 7 p.m.; and Sunday, March 24 at 2 p.m.

Tickets for the show are $15 for children and $20 for adults. The show is best suited for ages 8 & up.
