Daylong sessions that allow participants to improve their acting and performing skills. Students receive a class in acting, improvisation, voice and movement. Designed for students who wish to develop their musical performance and presentation skills. Each session has a different theme or idea that ties the music together. PARKS & RECREATION CAMPS
Lexington PARKS AND RECREATION
Registration (online, in-person and mail-in) will begin at noon on Wednesday, April 14.
In-person registration will be available from noon-6 p.m. at Dunbar Community Center (545 N. Upper St.) and Picadome Administrative Offices (469 Parkway Dr.). It will continue after April 14 from 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday-Friday, until all slots are full.
If you plan to register online, you must obtain from Parks & Recreation offices, a User ID and password prior to April 14 to use the website registration system. You must also provide an email address to use this system.
Note: A limited number of reduced fees are available. Reduced fees provide for a 50% reduction for all camps except for ESP, Castlewood, Kenwick and the half-day Kiddie Kapers camp. Parent/guardian must fill out a scholarship application completely and provide the required proof of income. (Free lunch verification, KTAP, KCHIP, Medical Card or other form of government assistance).
