Scholar Athletes Honored; Two Split $3,000 Scholarship

Nine Scholar Athletes for 2015-16 were honored in May at the annual awards banquet at Kentucky Utilities, sponsor of the Scholar Athlete feature.

The scholarship money was provided by local Rector Hayden Realtor Mike Pulliam, who also teaches at Man o’ War Golf, plus  other contributors PBI Bank, Howard Smith of Smith Garage Equipment, Barry and Mike Barrett of Auto Excel, local accountant Kenny Frank and Dairy Queen franchise owner Paul Wright
