BYB Renews Outreach Project in Cardinal Valley
Bluegrass Youth Ballet is offering the Valley Park Outreach Project again this year, promising to reinvigorate the program with impactful learning experiences for young students in the Cardinal Valley community.
The Valley Park Outreach Project is designed to bring quality dance education to underserved youth in Lexington-Fayette County’s 11th District – a predominantly Latino community where access to dance and quality arts education is limited.
Classes will run from Aug. 31 through May 19 and include Creative Movement (ages 3 and 4) on Mondays from 4-4:45 p.m., Pre-Ballet (ages 5 and 6) on Thursdays, 3:45-4:45 p.m., and Ballet 1 (ages 7-12) on Monday and Thursday, 5-6 p.m.
